As we all become increasingly data driven (data immersed? data drowning?) in our day-to-day work lives, it is necessary to employ increased automation of task and metrics just to keep up. Yet we all live in heterogeneous environments where our PSA solution needs to integrate to other systems that are also in the midst of regular, sometimes large, and often insufficiently planned change cycles. Keeping PS automation up, modern, and ahead of the demands of the business is tricky and expensive to manage – especially for PS groups that typically don’t have huge budgets for this kind of thing. In this interactive workout session, we will talk about the daunting task of building automation around a PS business – not just which PSA solution everyone uses, but how are we, as a community, accomplishing the really tricky stuff: Integration to financial reporting systems, integration to CRM, integration to expense management systems, collection of key metrics, how much to automate, how to transition between systems, reporting, predictive metrics, etc. In this session, you will hear from and speak to many companies that are driving improved performance through automation. You’ll also hear about potholes in the road that you might not be aware of yet.
TSIA is well worth the investment. This is the one place where you can come and get a fusion of ideas that you can then marry up to the goals and objectives of your organization and boil that down into several actionable plans that you can implement over the next 6 months to a year.
