Delivering personalized learning experiences at scale requires a new look at how we design and deliver content.  Today’s users demand personalized experiences tailored to deliver the support they need when and how they need it. They need a menu of options ranging from onboarding — to provide enough guidance to get started without being overwhelming, best practices — to optimize current use cases, to expansion activities — to explore what’s possible while sparking new ideas. To drive adoption and expansion, organizations must take personalization a step further and tailor each experience to fit a user's role and use case.   Most organizations, however, are frustrated that their investments in technology (LMS, LXP, DAP) have failed to deliver the user experiences they had hoped for. Unlocking the secret to personalization at scale will provide a distinct competitive advantage.  In this session we will explore: • Three facets for building personalized learning solutions • The secret to content personalization at scale • Key technologies to drive personalization in today’s omnichannel world  We can’t craft personalized experiences from a single technology or one-size-fits-all approach. We will need a solution that allows us to deliver experiences tailored to a wide range of audiences and experiences. Building these personalized solutions can be challenging. Creating a content strategy built on flexible content components, templated experiences, and omnichannel distribution is critical for success.

TSIA is well worth the investment. This is the one place where you can come and get a fusion of ideas that you can then marry up to the goals and objectives of your organization and boil that down into several actionable plans that you can implement over the next 6 months to a year.
