The job of running the PS function in a firm is challenging. CRM, PSA and Accounting systems can help, providing greater visibility of operational data, but typically still rely on the experience of staff to interpret this data and manage the complexity. But in a fast-growing organization and in the context of ever changing market dynamics experienced staff who can make these decisions are in short supply.

In this session, we will give examples of how augmented intelligence techniques and guided analytics have been successfully applied to design smarter systems that can deliver real-time insights and coaching to PS teams that not only empower more of your staff to make decisions but also provide a framework to ensure that these decisions are consistently the right ones. We will also look at how leveraging machine learning could offer further opportunities to achieve PS operational excellence in the future.

TSIA is well worth the investment. This is the one place where you can come and get a fusion of ideas that you can then marry up to the goals and objectives of your organization and boil that down into several actionable plans that you can implement over the next 6 months to a year.
