Growth in recurring revenue portfolios, and recently the impact of Covid-19 on business operations, has many technology companies searching for ways to build scale and capacity to effectively touch all of their customers. The perpetual struggle to manage the high volume / low dollar (Long Tail) of the renewal stack presents challenges to technology companies. In this session, we will have an interactive conversation with industry experts to explore strategies and lessons learned in building out business capabilities to dIgitize the renewal process, and do so while driving value to the partner / end customer. Working sessions on a specific business challenge. Attendees will be broken up into smaller teams to brainstorm on the challenge, which will then be shared with the entire group.
