Rockwell Automation began our Customer Success journey 3 years ago, primarily focused on our plant services offerings. Over the past two years, we've built out additional capability in guiding our customers in the adoption through renewal phases, specific to our advanced software offerings in Manufacturing Execution, Analytics, and IoT. This has included partnering with technology partners such as PTC to provide a holistic support model for complex solutions.
