Genesys successfully launched PureSuccess, a subscription-based offering that bundled many customer success services into a single offering, to its customer base in 2018. Our educational services team, Genesys University, has completely transformed the way we do business in support of this offering, and most importantly, our customers. Come learn about this transformation, which has included the launching of subscription-based education plans, new digital learning experiences, the creation and deployment of a new online knowledge network, and many other additional customer benefits that didn't exist prior to the PureSuccess offering.
