Palo Alto Networks' Professional Services team has been on a transformation journey in several areas including: changing the business by developing PS services that maximize customer value as quickly as possible through an outcomes-based approach; leveraging PS best practices to evolve customer success efforts to accelerate customer time to value; and leveraging the Outcome Chains to not only create customer solution selling playbooks, but to also document our Services Delivery and Services Management frameworks.
