Many technology companies are going through a transition to adapt to the subscription world. For PS organizations, the effort can seem an impossible task like trying to change an aircraft engine while flying a plane. Over the past 18 months Informatica has accelerated its transition and the professional services organization is experiencing many of the challenges and opportunities that come with this journey. Brian Hodges, SVP of Professional Services at Informatica, is responsible for the WW PS organization and is also a private pilot. In this session, he will share some lessons he's learned on the Informatica journey, as well a few interesting lessons from the private pilot world.

TSIA is well worth the investment. This is the one place where you can come and get a fusion of ideas that you can then marry up to the goals and objectives of your organization and boil that down into several actionable plans that you can implement over the next 6 months to a year.
