Today's technology companies are faced with a war for talent, with an increasingly competitive landscape for attracting and retaining talented employees, rivaling the boom years of the late 1990s. But today there are even additional challenges, in particular Millennials, whose desire for work-life balance and flexible work arrangements may conflict with your company's culture.
