Without passionate sponsorship from the highest levels of a company, efforts for Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion cannot flourish. Without Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion, a company does not attract nor retain the best talent and therefore is missing out on revenue, innovation, growth and excellence opportunities. DEI affects all areas of the company and solutions for DEI success must be multi-faceted and systemic, but none of this is possible without support from the highest levels of leadership.
