This panel will unveil some of the latest research on employee engagement, and share specific techniques they use to give employees input into strategy as well as a stake in how to implement the strategy with "guidelines and guardrails". They will walk through the two powerful measures from the OCMF Metrics Framework they use to identify and recognize team members in their organizations that are engaged.
