Let's admit it. While we talk a lot about how important employees are to us, it's appalling how little time we actually have to spend on them. After all, employee engagement is a leading indicator of financial performance including customer ratings, productivity and profitability. We spend a lot more time worrying about what our customers say and think, and making sure our financials are in order than we do about employees.

This panel will unveil some of the latest research on employee engagement, and share specific techniques they use to give employees input into strategy as well as a stake in how to implement the strategy with "guidelines and guardrails". They will walk through the two powerful measures from the OCMF Metrics Framework they use to identify and recognize team members in their organizations that are engaged.

TSIA is well worth the investment. This is the one place where you can come and get a fusion of ideas that you can then marry up to the goals and objectives of your organization and boil that down into several actionable plans that you can implement over the next 6 months to a year.
