Converging Enterprise Managed Services with Cloud
Presented by Tom Gittins, JDA Software
Complicated business problems demand more than what out-of-the-box solutions can deliver. The solution emerging to address the challenge is a convergence of Enterprise Managed Services (EMS) and Cloud. Join Tom Gittins as he shares how JDA Software is offering EMS to extend the cloud services to meet customer needs. One size doesn’t fit all, but few companies can afford fully customized solutions any longer. Tom will share what JDA has learned managing hundreds of supply chain customers in the cloud.
Cubic Transportation Systems: ISO 20K Across a Service Catalog
Presented by Wade Rosado, Cubic Transportation Systems
Cubic Transportation Systems (CTS) is an end to end systems integrator in the transit, tolling, and intelligent transportation space. CTS provides and maintains automatic fair collection systems, toll collection systems, and traffic management systems in the United Stated, Singapore, Australia, The United Kingdom and beyond. Over the past fifteen years, there has been an organic transformation from what was primarily a design and build delivery environment, to a full end to end system and service provider. Current Services offerings include Customer Contact Services, Field and Asset Maintenance, Professional Services, and Operational IT. As part of the continuous improvement process, there has been a clear path forward to ensure our Operational Services will be ISO 20000 certified. This effort has been primarily focused on Operational IT, however, in doing so it has become apparent that there is value to follow ISO 2000K framework and ITIL alignment in all of our service offerings, not just Operational IT. This discussion will be focused toward discussing the benefit of ISO2000K throughout our service catalog.

TSIA is well worth the investment. This is the one place where you can come and get a fusion of ideas that you can then marry up to the goals and objectives of your organization and boil that down into several actionable plans that you can implement over the next 6 months to a year.
