The last of the millennials joined the job market this year and they are already the biggest segment of both the global workforce and the global consumer base.
Actually, they have been around long enough that you might find yourself working for one. Or, having to explain to older workers that their new manager is half their age.
In this talk, after a short historical introduction, I will explain a five-step approach to making sure that when conflict arises, everybody knows why that happened and how to deal with the situation, regardless of their age or role. And hopefully how to prevent the conflicts in the first place.
