For improved customer experience, VMware has come up with new program “Master Services Competency” (MSC) for partners. The MSC program provides partners an authorized professional services badges to prove their expertise to customers. To achieve MSC badges, partner needs to complete advanced solution-specific certifications & training, along with customer reference to proof their solution deployment expertise. Overall MSC program results in improved customer experience and increased revenue for partners and organization.
