It seems everybody is on the “driving product adoption” bandwagon, but what exactly does that mean? Driving product adoption requires different skills and capabilities than those used historically by most education services organizations. To drive product adoption means the following:
- First education organizations must land in the account, something at which many ES organizations are not overly successful.
- Once in the account, ES must get customers to adopt, or start consuming, learning content.
- Once consuming content, the task is to get customers to consume more and expand to other learning content to drive continuous engagement.
- And finally, everyone wants customers to renew and to continue their relationship with ES and more importantly, with the company.
This session will discuss the capabilities ES organizations must acquire and the strategies they must build to fully support product adoption in a meaningful way. In this session, you will learn how to apply the Product Adoption Framework to develop at least one key land, adopt, expand and renew capability, to get you started on a product adoption strategy that works.
