Knowledge Management (KM) is to improve an organization's ways to preserve, secure, communicate, disseminate, create, generate, share, and maintain knowledge. Professional services organizations are built on employees' knowledge. When these organizations have diverse workforce and global presence they need KM to sustain their business and support their growth.
A well thought strategic KM program can help a services organization avoid reinventing wheel, improve business delivery, connect employees, and improve knowledge sharing. This presentation will share professional services organization KM challenges and solutions. This will also provide insight on: Importance and advantage of KM in a services organization; KM program benefits to employees; KM and business strategy; KM program recommendations; Recommended KM initiatives; Engaging organization and employees in a KM program or its initiatives; and Open content strategy.

TSIA is well worth the investment. This is the one place where you can come and get a fusion of ideas that you can then marry up to the goals and objectives of your organization and boil that down into several actionable plans that you can implement over the next 6 months to a year.
