Retiring workers, younger social-centric employees, and the increasingly impatient customer are all forcing companies to enhance how tacit knowledge learned through doing your job is captured and shared across the enterprise. Though traditionally knowledge management has primarily been a focus for support services, today the ability to easily share ideas and collaborate is an enterprise-wide challenge, and definitely a priority for service organizations. In this session, hear the results from TSIA's 2016 Knowledge Management survey relating to employee knowledge sharing, creating a knowledge sharing culture, and the top challenges to effective knowledge management and how to overcome them.

TSIA is well worth the investment. This is the one place where you can come and get a fusion of ideas that you can then marry up to the goals and objectives of your organization and boil that down into several actionable plans that you can implement over the next 6 months to a year.
