As companies transition to XaaS business models, an ongoing challenge for Education Services (ES) organizations is the endless content maintenance loop. Many XaaS-based products are subject to a 90-day revision cycle. Just as one revision cycle ends, another begins. This creates significant pressure on ES organizations, who at the same time as trying to keep up with content maintenance, are also responsible for generating new content, creating new education offers, developing and/or overseeing programs, such as badging and/or certification, as well as working on all the other day-to-day things that must get done. This interactive lunch session will begin with a quick poll of four to five content maintenance/development related questions. Jan Meyer, VP of SAP's Digital Learning Solutions and Product Knowledge, will then present the SAP Learning Card, an approach for simplifying the content maintenance/development process. The session will wrap-up with an open-forum discussion about other content maintenance/development techniques and practices that session attendees are using to help keep their heads above water. Please join your education services colleagues for some food, some fun and some facts about the complexities of content maintenance and development in a XaaS world.

TSIA is well worth the investment. This is the one place where you can come and get a fusion of ideas that you can then marry up to the goals and objectives of your organization and boil that down into several actionable plans that you can implement over the next 6 months to a year.
