One of the biggest challenges for education groups within large IT companies is the lack of sales awareness and adoption due to various factors, such as complexity, sales cycle, and too many competing services. In this session, Dell Education Services will share their efforts toward building more sales awareness and integration through integrating with Dell mainstream services through programs like Training Credits and Certifications. Since the integration of education services, Dell will reflect on the successes and challenges it faced over the past 12 months. In addition, we will share best practices in continuing our integration efforts throughout multiple businesses across the large corporate environment.
