The purpose of this breakout session is to identify the correlation between emotionally connected and highly engaged employees on the overall success of an organization. As recent studies have shown, companies with engaged employees outperform competitors with less engaged employees by far. We will explore how emotional connection builds involvement and engagement and how it drives loyalty and advocacy. We will then shine a light on the success story of SAP Labs Canada and in particular highlight one of the employee engagement teams: The Business Women's Network.

The findings of this breakout session will be useful in understanding and driving employee engagement and thereby improving the overall performance and success of an organization.

TSIA is well worth the investment. This is the one place where you can come and get a fusion of ideas that you can then marry up to the goals and objectives of your organization and boil that down into several actionable plans that you can implement over the next 6 months to a year.
