How Cross-Functional Partnerships Drive End-User Adoption and Revenue
Training and education are key elements to any successful implementation project. Customers are looking for confidence that Epicor's internal teams and tools are in synch with each other, and that the team is aligned with customer business requirements. At Epicor, we have developed three key partnerships with other areas of the business including Product Development, Sales, and Professional Services. Partnering with these other business lines has enabled Epicor to do the following: -Develop an embedded education solution that is sold as part of our software solution. This approach provides increased net license revenue along with a strong recurring maintenance revenue model, eliminating the subscription cancellation conundrum. - Partner with Sales to position education offerings up-front during the sales cycle instead of as an after-thought. - Collaborate with Professional Services to deliver the live training required to kick-start the implementation project.

TSIA is well worth the investment. This is the one place where you can come and get a fusion of ideas that you can then marry up to the goals and objectives of your organization and boil that down into several actionable plans that you can implement over the next 6 months to a year.
