Renewal rates via your Channel Partners need recharging? Renewals can be a challenge, especially when depending on partner relationships. However, Channel Partners have both the strategic relationship and vested interest in retaining the shared customer base. Learning how to leverage them for mutual benefit in driving high renewal rates is essential. Many Partners are challenged to utilize best practices to delivery on-time renewals. By embracing your Partners, you can help them meet this obstacle. This is accomplished by ensuring that your renewal business practices include the necessary policies and procedures to support successful renewals via your channel partner community. This session will be a primer on the success that we have experienced and the best practices that Infor uses with its channel partners. It will also provide an ample opportunity to share lessons learned with your peers in an open forum after the initial presentation.

TSIA is well worth the investment. This is the one place where you can come and get a fusion of ideas that you can then marry up to the goals and objectives of your organization and boil that down into several actionable plans that you can implement over the next 6 months to a year.
