This session will discuss the blueprint for development of a Managed Defense subscription service offering, from concept to delivery and successful revenue growth over a nine-month period. Focus will be on pivoting from reactive service delivery to outcome-based managed service offerings. Concepts will have broad application to product service organizations. Topics covered include: identifying customer need; developing the offering mapping the offering delivery through existing teams, resources, and tools; GTM activities; pricing, collateral development, sales training, and real-world results; and measuring success.
