In EaaS, the 'S' is for services, not subscription. Subscriptions are simply a payment model, whereas services is adding value beyond the equipment. In the Industrial Equipment space, it’s still a nascent concept. It requires completely different muscles from the offer, to delivery, to the sales motion, to understanding the new financial model it requires.
