The Autodesk Consulting Channel Services Program helps Autodesk partners build world-class consulting organizations, enabling them to develop, manage, and deliver consulting services that help maximize the customers' Autodesk software investment. This session will focus on specific components of the Channel Services Program, enabling channel partners to deliver profitable, world-class consulting services and continuing to drive software sales. Many of Autodesk's channel partners have started focusing on selling and delivering complete solutions, and this program shows them how to do this by building their consulting organization and back office in order to deliver solutions developed by Autodesk. The channel services program provides three key benefits to members: knowledge transfer, consulting business development, and reseller branding. Each of these topics will be explored in detail throughout the presentation along with key supporting data points for measuring success and growth of the program. The presenter will discuss key strategies in rolling out the program and how the company grew the acceptance of the channel services program internally and externally.
