Customer Health Scores are a superset metric that have become a must have practice. There are three primary use cases for these predictive analytics models including predicting retention, expansion, and if the customer is going to be successful with your technology and services. Customer Success organizations struggle with identifying the right data elements, and creating predictive alignment to one or more of their intended use cases.
