Scaling a PS organization and delivering predictable business outcomes is tough. Many organizations have turned to professional services automation software to help, but find that simply automating sub-optimal processes doesn't deliver the expected results. PS organizations need to be more tightly integrated with other functions of the business and adopt new processes which empower rapid decision making.

But what are those best practice processes? What improvements are possible in areas such as pipeline and resource management, revenue recognition, project profitability, analytics, and governance? This session seeks to provide the answer.

Drawing upon the experience of growing and advising a wide variety of PS organizations, as well as observations of best practice in many hundreds of similar organizations, we will provide not only practical tips on the processes that work but also a candid view of what needs to change.

TSIA is well worth the investment. This is the one place where you can come and get a fusion of ideas that you can then marry up to the goals and objectives of your organization and boil that down into several actionable plans that you can implement over the next 6 months to a year.
