B4B: How Technology and Big Data Are Reinventing the Customer-Supplier Relationship. The Supplier Operating Model presents four levels of services, with Levels 1 and 2 being product-based services, Level 3 adoption services, and Level 4 outcome services. Levels 1 and 2 typify the services offered in traditional, transactional business models, while Levels 3 and 4 are characteristic of services offered in XaaS business models. The challenge for most education services organizations is that while the company in which they are working is migrating to a XaaS model, or perhaps is already fully XaaS, most education offers are firmly entrenched in Level 1 and 2 - product-based services. This session will discuss what customer training organizations must do to move from pure product training-based offers to adoption and outcome-based offers and why it is critical to do so. Please come to this session prepared to discuss what your education organization is doing to make this transition and how you are measuring success.
