Intelechy Group has partnered with their client, Dell, to build a global warranty renewals marketing program that is live in 50 countries and 29 languages. A sophisticated rules engine helps identify the correct contact for each renewal opportunity and sends out over 3 Million highly customized (1000s of content combinations are possible) email and direct mail messages each year. The messages have 2-3 times the typical open rate of email messages and help bring in over $250+ million in marketing influenced revenue each year. The program is currently in its 4th generation (nicknamed WEN4) and is constantly learning and becoming more 'intelligent' of a program each day.
