Most professional services teams today are growing their cloud service offers while simultaneously serving traditional premise based customers. Both delivery models require people, good project management, and the right approach to resource management (RM). But how we plan for and deploy people between these two models have distinct differences and our RM processes must continuous adapt to meet these changes. Further, the continuing shift to cloud and recurring services will require more agile approaches to this all-important task of efficiently managing our human capital. In this highly interactive panel format session, Bo Di Muccio, VP of Research for Professional Services for TSIA, and Randy Mysliviec, President of RTM Consulting, will present updates on the state of RM in a world of converged services where we see an increasing focus on building recurring revenue streams. These brief presentations will then be followed with a panel discussion on the subject.

TSIA is well worth the investment. This is the one place where you can come and get a fusion of ideas that you can then marry up to the goals and objectives of your organization and boil that down into several actionable plans that you can implement over the next 6 months to a year.
