Starting a subscription-based business is not as simple as just saying, “Let’s do it.” For a subscription business to thrive, a supportive ecosystem needs to be in place, prior to rolling-out the offer. This ecosystem is comprised of four elements:
- executive level support
- a supportive sales team
- a set of core subscription capabilities
- a focus on the customer
This session, presented jointly by Terry Vyas with Blackbaud and Maria Manning-Chapman with TSIA, will cover both the practical aspects of launching a subscription-based offer, as well as review some of the data relative to the burgeoning subscription economy.
