TSIA’s XaaS Channel Optimization research practice, led by Anne McClelland, vice president of xaas channel optimization research, provides our members with deep insight for accelerating partner success with as-a-service offerings.
Anne works very closely with channel and partner executives from member companies to help them evolve their channel and partner models to drive as-a-service revenue growth through focusing on initiatives like defining roles and incentives for partners, creating partner enablement programs, developing KPIs, and identifying best practices in providing partner tools.
