TSIA’s Advisory Services workshops are typically 8-hour onsite engagements. In the midst of a pandemic, where travel and going onsite was not an option, TSIA facilitated a virtual Professional Services workshop with CommScope, which enabled them to get faster results and have more stakeholder participation that they would not have had, had it taken place onsite.
