In this short video, Robert Rosa, SVP, Global Service Sales at Extreme Networks, will discuss three business challenges TSIA has helped him overcome, including digitally transforming low-end renewals.
As the SVP, Global Service Sales, Robert is responsible for all of the renewal business and service business at Extreme, which represents about 30% of the company revenue. He also has a global team that works with partners and customers to close maintenance and subscription renewals and also helps with the implementation of a new network.
