Steve Carter is the vice president of advisory services for TSIA. In this role, he and his team are responsible for helping TSIA member companies accelerate achievement of their priority business outcomes by leveraging TSIA’s thought leadership, industry insights, frameworks, and best practices in context of the member companies’ desired business objectives.
Over the past 25 years Steve has led high-tech sales and service teams working for a global Fortune 500 company. Prior to joining TSIA, he served as the area vice president northern California and Hawaii and vice president of higher education for Ricoh Corporation with responsibilities that included sales, field services, managed services, finance, and business operations. During his time with Ricoh he led multiple organizations through transformations resulting in underperformers becoming market / company leaders.
As market conditions change rapidly, the need for TSIA research has increased, leading more and more companies to rely on TSIA. Steve’s industry experience has allowed him to see firsthand the direct correlation between customer experience and a company’s ability to demonstrate seamless handshakes across the customer lifecycle. He is dedicated to helping TSIA member companies align their business models to TSIA’s LAER framework and successfully navigate the XaaS transformation journey by leveraging Advisory Services.
