Jasmine Pilar is manager of offers research and advisory for TSIA. In this role, she works closely with TSIA members and shares industry best practices and insights via inquiries and benchmark reviews. She also assists with the research agenda for TSIA’s Service Offer Management research practice.
Jasmine joined TSIA in 2015 and has thrived in her prior roles in membership development and member success. Participating in hundreds of inquiry and benchmark conversations, she has developed a strong business acumen of the top challenges facing B2B companies. Jasmine was a regular recipient of TSIA’s President Circle Award for her stellar renewal rates and member adoption scores. In her latest customer success role as principal customer success manager, she managed both mid-market and enterprise accounts.
Prior to joining TSIA, Jasmine worked as a research analyst for investment firms. When she is not assisting B2B tech firms transition their service operations to become profit centers, Jasmine is a health and wellness advocate. She is an Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher (ERYT) at the 500-hour level, Certified Personal Trainer, and Certified Group Fitness instructor. In addition to corporate, personal, and group sessions, she has led yoga sessions at multiple TSIA World conferences. She has a B.S. in Accountancy from DePaul University.
