Optimizing Education Revenue in the New Normal

Instructor-led training has long been the cash cow for customer training organizations. Social distancing guidelines, however, have clearly put the kibosh on that. While education organizations have seen bookings for public classroom and onsite training plummet, online learning and virtual instructor-led training have steadily increased over the months.
