TSIA's recently conducted Education Services (ES) compensation study provides key compensation practices, average base salaries, and variable pay components for many of the professional and management roles in the ES function. More importantly however, the study reveals how current staffing practices maintain the status quo at a time when the ES organization needs to reinvent itself.
