If companies are going to increase XaaS and services revenues, they have to do more with their existing customers. They have to optimize their revenues between the time of the initial deal and the time of the renewal, but what’s clear is that these upsells aren’t going to automatically happen. Someone has to find the opportunities, and have the skill and motivation to drive them to closure.
