About the TSIA Marketing Partner Program

TSIA Marketing Partners provide products and services designed to address specific business challenges faced by our member companies. TSIA works with these partners to provide our members with an effective platform to learn about these new products and services and how they can help them better operate and manage their services businesses. These sponsorship opportunities are designed to help our members become intimately acquainted with some of the most advanced productivity solutions in the market today.

TSIA Conferences – An Outstanding Opportunity for Partners!

TSW Conference Attendees

Each year, TSIA hosts a spring and fall conference. The spring conference is located in San Diego and the fall conferences is located in Las Vegas. These events offer numerous opportunities to interact with prospective and existing members of the TSIA community in the major service disciplines served by TSIA: customer success, education services, expand selling, field services, managed services, professional services, service revenue generation, and support services. Attendance has been tracking between 1,200 to 1,750 attendees at each U.S. event.

TSW | EXPO (exhibiting is required for all other sponsorships)
The TSW | EXPO exhibit hall hours provide dedicated time for demonstrations, presentations and meetings. The formal agenda offers unopposed exhibit times on the first two days of the conference, and concurrent hours on the third day. You may also schedule time in the TSW | EXPO with your customers and prospects during informal exhibit hours. Our conference survey results show that over 70% of the attendees plan to further evaluate solutions presented by our partners in the TSW | EXPO.

Booth space on the TSW | EXPO floor provides you with the opportunity to increase market awareness while providing a physical location at TSW to network with top technology service executives. A booth sponsorship includes on-site signage, a listing in the TSW App, a lead retrieval system, and your company abstract posted on the TSW website EXPO page.

Speaking Sessions
Customer-Presented Case Studies and EXPO Breakout Sessions—Case Studies are presented in the Services Technology Advantage track. The customers of contracted partners deliver these success-story sessions. EXPO Breakout Sessions are for contracted partners to present their offerings with or without a customer presenter.

A variety of options exist for sponsorship, including executive dinners, breakout tracks, keynote sessions and other offerings to expand your visibility and branding.

TSIA Programs – Communicate Your Thought Leadership!

The TSIA Partner Program includes several options for solutions providers to connect with the TSIA community. Each offering presents an opportunity to prominently position your products and services with TSIA members and companies.

Here are just a few of the options in the TSIA Partner Program Marketing portfolio:

  • Webinars – 30-minute webinars are offered with a TSIA executive providing introductory and wrap-up commentary in concert with your presentation/demonstration. TSIA will market your session to our community through various promotional vehicles.
  • Virtual Keynote Webinars – A live 60-minute session presented with President and CEO J.B Wood or TSIA Executive Director Thomas Lah, discussing the shift to outcome-based services as highlighted in their book B4B. TSIA will market your session to our community through various promotional vehicles.
  • Inside Technology Services Blog Contributor – Contribute as a guest blogger on TSIA's editorial blog, Inside Technology Services. TSIA's blog is the hub of information for technology services professionals and regularly provides thought leadership and insights into industry trends and best practices.

Research Marketing Program

TSIA Research – Take Your Relationship to the Next Level!

TSIA conducts research throughout the year, gathering in-depth information from benchmarks, surveys, studies, inquiries, and market trends. This information can be accessed and leveraged for your internal use and as part of your thought leadership activities through the following channels:

  • TSIA Executive Speakers—TSIA research executives including John Ragsdale, TSIA executive director Thomas Lah, and TSIA president and CEO J.B. Wood, can be contracted to participate in your webinar or in-person at your internal, partner or customer event.
  • Modified Research Reports—TSIA will modify an existing TSIA research report to incorporate your provided content. The resulting report can be published to your website, used as a sales tool and used in your marketing campaigns.
