This paper introduces the overarching framework that TSIA will be employing to identify the best practices related to deploying AI to improve both profitability and the customer experience. Specifically, this paper covers the TSIA AI Capabilities Landscape framework, a current snapshot of AI capability deployment within technology companies, and an inventory of over seventy-five specific AI capabilities that TSIA is now tracking.
