As companies transition to XaaS business models, education services (ES) organizations must keep pace. Using a "traditional" business model playbook will hinder the education organization's ability to support the company in product adoption, customer retention, and product subscription renewal. ES must develop new capabilities and adapt its business model to ensure overall company success.

This report identifies the capabilities an education organization must have in order to be considered LAER effective and includes an assessment to evaluate your education organization's LAER-effective capabilities.

TSIA is well worth the investment. This is the one place where you can come and get a fusion of ideas that you can then marry up to the goals and objectives of your organization and boil that down into several actionable plans that you can implement over the next 6 months to a year.
