“The State of Field Services: 2021” is an annual report documenting current Field Services trends.

This report combines all of the data that TSIA experts have been collecting from our members in the field services industry. It also includes an overview of the challenges faced by field services organizations and offering a path forward during 2021 and beyond.

For the last nine years, TSIA has called out the significant implications of an ongoing business model disruption for the field services organizations of equipment manufacturers in every industry.
