Over the past several years, driving product adoption has become the primary objective of many education services (ES) organizations. The reality, however, is that most ES organizations are ill-equipped to truly drive product adoption because they are entrenched in a strategy that does not accommodate the marketplace's mass migration to XaaS business models.
