This case study discusses Mentor Graphic's digital learning journey and how its vision of customer knowledge acquisition led to a partnership with the Mentor Support Center. Realizing that their existing digital learning offer was inadequate, Mentor Learning Services began anew and redefined the "perfect" digital platform. Using microapplications, Mentor Learning Services, in conjunction with Mentor's Web Services team, designed a learning platform integrated with the customer support system to provide a seamless support and learning experience for customers.
