People can learn from a variety of sources: YouTube, Google, chat rooms, forums, and from training that is offered from an education services organization. This ease of accessibility to information leads to commoditization, which has implications for revenue-generating education organizations. What must ES organizations do to stave off commoditization and remain relevant to the company as well as to customers? This research identifies best practices from those ES organizations that have successfully reduced the risk of commoditization by creating new, unique, and compelling offerings.
