The 2018 Service Offer Design and Launch Survey was created to understand what practices are implemented today, and what practices to consider investing in to support the future growth of monetizing services.

This DataView will include findings from three core areas:
  • Service Offer Design - the creation of compelling services that help customers achieve their outcomes.
  • Launching Service Offers - the event in which a new recurring service offering is generally available to customers.
  • Marketing Service Offers -  the development of collateral and assets that are used to communicate the value of a service to customers, partners and internal sales teams.
