Subscription pricing is becoming ever more prevelant with the advent of the cloud; many ES organizations are moving to subscription pricing for e-learning offerings. While the promise of an annuity is enticing, the challenge is consumption and renewal. To cover instructor-led offerings, training credit programs are being applied. It creates the same challenges, consumption and renewal at the end of the expiration date. This study will look at structuring subscription and training credit offerings, driving consumption and applying productive renewal practices.
