This report examines the profitability challenges faced by Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) businesses, as reported in the 2023 Profitable SaaS quick poll. Results revealed that nearly half of poll companies are still struggling to achieve profitability. Key factors affecting profitability, including monetization of different services, are discussed.
