What is the impact of training on product usage and adoption? This is a question that education organizations are asking more and more often, particularly as the pendulum swings to product subscription business models. This survey polled more than 2,700 customers of TSIA Education Services members and asked them to answer three questions related to training they had taken and its impact on their product usage and adoption. This report summarizes the findings from this survey and identifies five mismatches that are deterrents to product usage and adoption.
